Representing He Waka Tapu, Founder Daryl, along with Rachel, Lita, and Babs, attended the hui. The day included collaboration, brainstorming, and valuable learning. Participants gained insights from case studies and presentations by various speakers, creating an opportunity to connect and grow in their efforts to support suicide prevention and postvention.

A creative highlight of the hui was the contribution by The League of Live Illustrators, who traveled from across New Zealand to take part. Their live illustrations captured key moments of the day and were displayed on a big screen, adding a unique and engaging element to the event.

The hui provided participants with practical tools and strengthened connections within the community. It was a day of learning and sharing, reinforcing the importance of collective efforts in promoting mental well-being across Aotearoa.
