Community Unites at Shear for Life Event.

Shearers over the age of 50 tackled the impressive task of shearing 3,000 sheep.

The event offered more than just shearing; it was a family-friendly gathering featuring raffles, an auction, and live music. Our Kaimahi organised games for the tamariki, ensuring fun activities for children throughout the day.

This event emphasised the importance of reaching out to our rural communities and supporting local businesses and organisations. With beautiful weather and a strong sense of community spirit, it was a great day spent enjoying the outdoors for a meaningful cause.
