Our hauora asssessment program is designed to support you in your wellbeing journey, by offering a free sit-down with a health professional, this will give you a basic overview of your current condition which is an intergral part of your journey.  Based at Tinana Community Gym, our Hauora Nurse will be on site twice a month, to answer any pātai or organise a check up. 

Our team is committed to breaking down barriers to screening, particularly for wāhine. We prioritize your comfort and safety, offering not only flexible appointments but also a door-to-door service. With the introduction of HPV self-testing, you have the convenience of screening at our clinics or in the comfort of your own home, at your convenience.

This group caters specfically to those at an introductory level, each 30 minute session will assist you with the basic fundamental knowledge you need to get started on your gym journey, covering everything from using equipment to correct form, posture and technique.
