Manaaki embodies the values of support, care, and the protection of one's mana. It is a space where we uplift each other, fostering growth and change within our community through individual relationships and attitudes towards alcohol and substance use.

This group caters to the needs of those that attend. Re-engaging/re-awakening those dormant muscles & tendons, helping you to become more flexible/mobile through the use of static & dynamic stretching, bands & foam rollers.
