Manaaki embodies the values of support, care, and the protection of one's mana. It is a space where we uplift each other, fostering growth and change within our community through individual relationships and attitudes towards alcohol and substance use.

Oma Oma is our running open group that unites both kaimahi and whaiora in the spirit of health, wellbeing and having fun. Every Thursday lunchtime members of our hapori gather to take part in a 3km run or walk around the eastside in preparation for this years Pae Ora event.

Ope Hākinakina is our sports focused open group that unites both kaimahi and whaiora in the spirit of health, wellbeing and having fun. Every Thursday afternoon members of our hapori gather to take part in activity ranging from ultimate frisbee to touch football, this rōpū caters to whānau of all age groups and backgrounds.
